香煎南乳鸭胸(肥妹至爱)
做法:
1)鸭胸以南乳,蒜蓉,干葱蓉,姜蓉, 糖及鼓油调味,後置雪柜48小时至入味
2)取出阀两面,每面煎大约8-10分钟,要留意火不能
太大,以免过火
3)後切片上碟即成
